Evaluations and Reports
Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA):
This report identifies the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and includes a detailed analysis of antecedents, behaviors, and consequences.
Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP):
Based on the findings of an FBA, a BIP outlines interventions to address challenging behaviors. This includes proactive strategies, teaching alternative behaviors, and reactive strategies to address challenging behaviors.
Skills Assessment:
This report evaluates a child’s current skill levels across various domains (e.g., communication, social skills, daily living skills) using tools like the VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales.
Program Evaluation:
A Program Evaluation is a systematic assessment of a student’s educational program that analyzes the suitability and effectiveness of the educational environment.
Records Review Report:
A comprehensive report summarizing a student’s educational records and evaluations to gather information about their academic performance, behavior, health, and other relevant areas.
LifePlan and Transition Review:
This assessment and review prepares individuals for various stages of life, focusing on personal goals, independence, and integration into the community.
